Fathers demonstrate for their rights

June 14, 2016 by Staff News Writer

Some fathers believe the system treats them like wallets, whose only responsibility towards their children is to pay alimony.

In many cases, their right to see their children is violated, which is why the Man’s Support Foundation (FUNDIAPHO) organized a demonstration against the Children’s Protection Agency (PANI), to be held on June 14th from 9:00 a.m.

With this demonstration, fathers demand a series of rights, including objectivity to process child abuse allegations, a bill amendment for both parents to exercise parental authority of children born out of wedlock and national campaigns to deter mothers from alienating children from their fathers, among other requests.
