Festival opens in Santa Cruz

Street parties, music and parades will dominate the town of Santa Cruz as it celebrates the culture of the Guanacaste province. The annual festival started on Tuesday and will continue through Sunday. On Saturday a tope or horse parade will start at 3pm at the Santa Cruz Polideportivo.
