The FIA fair, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Youth (MCJ), will take place from June 29th to July 9th in downtown San José.
The goal of the fair is to promote the growth of domestic cultural enterprises of craftsmanship and design; thanks to the marketing platform of its products.
The central themes of FIA17 are urban arts. It will also have three central axes: traditional crafts, contemporary crafts and design.
The selection process will favor three types of products: those that reuse urban waste materials, traditional trades and their contemporary expressions and the toy store.
The craft and design stands of the FIA17 will be open from June 30th to July 9th, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., both in the National Park and in Casa del Cuño.
To participate, applicants must send the requirements from February 10th to March 1st.
Any Costa Rican or foreign SME or company with more than 5 years of legal residence in Costa Rica Will be able to participate.
To complete the application for participation, you must access the website: www.cpac.go.cr or withdraw the printed application from the CPAC office, located at the National Cultural Center (CENAC), headquarters of the MCJ.
The selected proposals will be announced on March 15th, 2017 on the CPAC website.
