Officials from the National Coast Guard Service surprised two foreigners and two Costa Ricans fishing in protected waters in Las Baulas National Marine Park, Guanacaste.
The subjects were on a vessel named Taurus IV. In this case, they surprised the four subjects fishing in a protected area where such work is not allowed.
The Nicaraguan nationals are Rizo and Ruiz, and the two Costa Ricans are Bustos and Espinoza. The officials seized 105 kilos of snapper and fishing articles from them.
