General Cañas highways and different roads became parking lots

Monday morning became a real headache for hundreds of drivers, who had to drive on the General Cañas highway and different routes due to the closure on La Platina.

the routes became a parking lot and it was inevitable that many people were late for work. The delay for the traffic jam was up to 40 minutes. Users report times of up to 30 minutes on 500-meter distances.

The closures will continue until March 15th. From 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., only public transportation and emergency vehicles will be allowed to transit, while private vehicles may pass from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
