Google denies offering job to Celso Gamboa

April 11, 2018 by Staff News Writer

Representatives of the company Google confirmed to CRHoy.com on Wednesday that they never offered a job to former magistrate Celso Gamboa.

It is not true that Mr. Celso Gamboa has received a job offer from Google as Head of Security for Mexico or Central America and the Caribbean,”

they informed by means of an email where they establish their official position on the issue.

According to Google, they do not have any available position in that area.

At the moment we do not have any open or available position in that area. No one from our Human Resources and Security team has contacted Mr. Gamboa to work for the company,”

adds the document.

Between Monday night and early Tuesday, Gamboa sent several messages to legislators of the Legislative Assembly asking them not to participate in the plenary session to avoid his dismissal. He said he would quit on April 30th and then start a new life with his family in Mexico, ensuring that Google had offered him a position.
