Green enterprises had their chance to shine

August 13, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Feria Prototipo y Producto

The first commercial and educational fair in which experts, young people and entrepreneurs presented their projects was held on August 12th.

The “Prototype and Product” fair was organized by the 2016Young Innovation Program, of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In addition, throughout the day, open expositions were addressed to the public with issues of carbon neutrality and business resilience, climate change and green entrepreneurship.

The activity also served for different students to show their projects in Multiplaza del Este. Such is the case of Kevin Hernández, Israel Tosso and Gabriel López, who designed a hydrogen cell that uses a solar panel to separate the molecules.

This initiative is part of a cooperation strategy of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Telecommunications, in conjunction with the National Council for Scientific and Technological Research.
