Heat and thunderstorm will accompany beginning of week

April 24, 2017 by Staff News Writer

This new week will have lots of heat in the mornings and thunderstorms in the afternoon.

The National Meteorological Institute (IMN) foresees these conditions due to the little cloudiness that will be predominating, as well as the weakening of the trade winds.

In the afternoon, it is best not to forget your umbrella because isolated showers are expected with thunderstorms in high areas of the Pacific, the North Zone and the Central Valley, while in the Caribbean there is possibility of isolated rains in high areas.

It is important to keep in mind if you live in a coastal sector that a sky with low clouds and high temperatures will dominate almost all day. For the night there will be partial cloudiness and possible rains in the first hours, in the high zones of the country.
