High pressure system keeps windy conditions in the country

March 8, 2017 by Staff News Writer

The winds that have prevailed in the last couple of days will continue their presence in the country due to the high pressure system in the Atlantic that extends until the Caribbean Sea.

According to the National Meteorological Institute (IMN), an improvement in weather conditions in the North and Caribbean areas is expected this Wednesday, although near the coast it could be raining in the morning.

Central and South Pacific residents may have occasional short-term rainfall in the afternoon.
