In Costa Rica almost a thousand people waiting for an organ or tissue

Lives or the quality of life for 965 people in Costa Rica depend on finding a compatible organ transplant through the waiting list of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS). According to data provided by the Fund, corneas, kidneys and livers are in the highest demand.
