INCOFER: “the train service is operating as usual”

The Costa Rican Railway Institution (INOFER) confirmed that the train service operated as usual on January 5th.

The institution does not foresee any other suspension after 2 days in which some services were interrupted.

Technicians managed to repair the locomotive affected by power failures and damaged hoses, which caused the suspension of several services.

In in the first 5 days of 2017, the train has been crashed 3 times. As consequence, some services were affected.
