INS closes Jade Museum to start relocation to new facility

The Jade Museum, located in the main building of the national insurance institute is now closed as curators work to relocate exhibit. The new museum is expected to open in April, and is located on the west side of the Plaza de la Democracia. The new building, designed by architect Diego van der Laat comes at a cost of ยข8 billion ($16.1 million).
