Interjet Mexico lost a passenger’s suitcase and now it does not answer his calls

December 7, 2016 by Staff News Writer

On November 29th, Ever Cordero traveled from Mexico to Costa Rica at a flight that was delayed for over an hour.

But when he arrived in Costa Rica, he realized that his bag was lost with his 8-year-old son’s gift: a drone he bought for his birthday since the little boy wants to be a pilot someday. In addition, he loves technology.

This Alajuela resident asked for information to a representative of the airline, who told him that due to overloading, some luggage had been sent on another flight to come to the country later.

He answered me in a bad way, he told me to file a complaint to Interjet Mexico … How do I do that if I’m in Costa Rican? After he shouted at me, he asked for my luggage information and made a loss note, telling me that it would arrive in the afternoon flight

declared Cordero.

However, he never received a call or response from them. He called them again and they told him that they had no news about his suitcase. He told his travel agency to call, but airport officials replied that they have 5 working days to respond and they already had his data and asked him to stop bothering them.

To date, Cordero knows nothing about his suitcase or the airline, because they do not answer his calls.
