It is safe to eat in Zapote’s food stands

January 2, 2017 by Staff News Writer

The fourth analysis of food samples conducted in Zapote reveals that, in most cases, it is safe to eat in the food stands located in the fair.

Every day samples are taken and carried to the laboratory to check that they are food in good condition for consumption.

We have tested 270 food samples. Out of those 270, we have found 7 contaminated samples, which is a very little quantity due to the number of samples that have been made,

declared Guillermo Flores, director of the Central-South Region of the Ministry of Health.
