Italian hid more than 200 grams of cocaine in his stomach

An Italian man identified as Pozzoli was arrested at the Juan Santamaría airport when he was discovered carrying 36 ova of cocaine in his stomach.

Pozzoli, 48, had a total of 264.6 grams, which he tried to take out of the country.

As reported by the Drug Control Police (PCD), he came to Costa Rica on August 28th, from Spain. However, on September 6th, when he was trying to leave to Italy, he was arrested.
