Judge allow request for illegality of the strike in the INS

The Court of San Ramón allowed the request to declare the illegality of the strike presented by the National Insurance Institute (INS).

In a press release, the INS reported that the institution’s was notified on Wednesday and now it has three days to respond to the document.

In its petition, the INS alleged that the right to strike is limited if the essential requirements for its development are not met. According to the INS, in this case it is not about the defense of the right of a collective legal conflict.

Similarly, some of the conciliation alternatives established in the Labor Code were not exhausted,”
