November 23, 2016 by Staff News Writer

The Superior Council of the Judiciary agreed to suspend the prosecution and completely evacuate the buildings and people arrested in the Court of the First Judicial Circuit of the Atlantic Region and in those judicial offices located in areas where a red alert was issued.

The assets of the institution and documentation (records and other) should be in places suitable and adequate to ensure their protection and in places where there are portable power plants, they must be prepared to go to work at any time,”

was the statement they gave in a press release.

The statement also establishes that the direction of the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ), Circuit Boards of Directors and the regional administrators of the mentioned zones must monitor the situation and take the necessary security measures.
