November 20, 2019 by Staff News Writer

A group of legislators will participate in the protest against abortion that will take place next Sunday, December 1st in San José.

This was announced on Tuesday by the block made up of legislators from the Christian Social Unity (PUSC), the National Liberation (PLN), the National Integration (PIN), the Christian Social Republican (PRSC), the New Republic and the independent Erick Rodriguez.

The event called “A la vida digo sí” (I say yes to life) will take place from 11 am from the Central Park to the statue of León Cortés, in Paseo Colón. In the activity, the legislators will insist on convincing President Carlos Alvarado to not sign the technical norm for therapeutic abortion.
