MTSS denies unemployment crisis and ensures country creates jobs

Following a report that unemployment for the third quarter decreased from 10.4 to 8.9 percent, the Minister of Work and Social Security Olman Segura, explained that joblessness is concentrated among seniors and young people that lack education. Segura also commented that unemployment in Costa Rica is among the lowest in Latin America.
