NASA austronaut is amazed by Costa Rican nature

NASA astronaut Terry W. Virts is amazed by Costa Rican, natural beauty. As a result, he is always publishing images of paradisiacal Costa Rican landscapes on his social networks.

Virts, who is also a colonel in the US Air Force, has participated in four space missions in recent years and has more than 3,000 flight hours.

On Wednesday, the astronaut posted on his official Twitter account some very striking images of Costa Rica sceneries.

wrote the American.

In another comment, the astronaut affirmed that Costa Rica sun set is “the best he has seen on Earth’.

According to NASA records, Virts has over 213 days in space and more than 18 hours in extra-vehicular activity.

His military decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Medal, Air Achievement Medal and Air Force Medal.
