New crocodile in Tamarindo Beach

January 2, 2018 by Staff News Writer

Different photographs and videos show a reptile on the seashore of Tamarindo Beach. The photos have gone viral in social networks and were apparently taken on December 29th.

This is not the first time that a crocodile shows up in this area. In 2015 and 2016 there were crocodile attacks on tourists. For example, in March 2015, a Canadian tourist named Muscalu was attacked by a crocodile while surfing on the beach.

Similarly, in October 2013, two Spaniards were attacked by a crocodile while surfing.
