Otto Guevara: “Costa Rica needs me in the Executive”

November 30, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Otto Guevara appealed to his recent speech on the opening of markets to defend himself and declare himself innocent of any influence peddling in favor of the importation of Chinese cement.

He also used the press conference to ratify his political campaign and aspire for the fifth time to be president of the Republic with the libertarian flag.

Guevara explained that he called for the opening of the cement market as he has done with all the monopolies and oligopolies in the country.

Similarly, he denied any payment made by Juan Carlos Bolaños and said that the report of calls of the Judicial Investigation Agency between the legislator and the employer is wrong.

According to their records, they both had 176 communications in little more than a year of friendship with Bolaños.

He also gave statements in favor of his campaign and even said Costa Rica needs someone like him in the Executive Power.
