September 28, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Roberto Arguedas Cháves, former pilot of Chinese cement importer Juan Carlos Bolaños Rojas, confirmed that Libertarian Movement legislator Otto Guevara stayed at the Tempate ranch in Guanacaste, owned by Bolaños Rojas.

According to him, Guevara spent at least a weekend at the Bolaños property.

He added that he had to take Guevara in a flyby over Guanacaste and the Guevara was in the company of Juan Carlos Bolaños.

According to the pilot, the hour of flight in the aircraft has a cost of $1,850 dollars and he does not know what Guevara’s travel modality was or if there was a payment through.

Guevara was the legislator who requested the Ministry of Economy for the opening of the cement market at the end of 2014.
