Participate in the 1st Virgen del Carmen race!

If you love athletics competitions and have no plans for Sunday, join the first edition of the Virgen del Carmen race, which will be held in Cartago.

The 10 kilometers competition will depart at 7 a.m. from the Cathedral Nuestra Señora del Carmen, to the finish line located in Plaza Mayor (Parque Central), facing the Municipality of Cartago.

However, if you do not want to run, you can participate in the 5 kilometer walk.

Registration for this challenge is ¢ 10,000 which includes shirts, medal, insurance, disposable chip, hydration, fruits and awards.

You can register in Cartago’s cathedral, Atletic Corner, Fortia Sports, Pigo Pérez and in runners’ stores in Curridabat, Desamparados, Pavas and Heredia.
