Paseo Colón was disgusting after Festival de la Luz

December 19, 2016 by Staff News Writer

Several teams from the Municipality of San José had to clean a large amount of garbage, left those who went to witness the Festival of Light. Since Sunday, the streets were virtually clean.

People mostly left food and beverage packaging. Also confetti and colorful papers thrown by the floats.

Most of the waste that remains is concentrated around the Paseo Colón, where municipal officials are working.
