Piza: Marriage is between man and woman

Presidential candidate for the Social Christian Unity Party (PUSC), Rodolfo Piza is proposing a law that would regulate civil unions between same sex couples in Costa Rica while affirming, “marriage is between man and woman”. He is also in agreement for limiting the ban on in-vitro fertilization, but wants to see controls to protect human life.
