Prisoner with tuberculosis burns his cell and suffers burns

A prisoner who suffers from tuberculosis burned down the cell in which he was held in Liberia prison. The subject now has burns on various parts of his body.

David Delgado, from the Press Office of the Ministry of Justice, reported that the man, named Ugalde, was isolated in the cell and had to be transferred to a medical center.

Ugalde serves two sentences, one for 4 years and another for 3 years and 4 months in the prison of Liberia.
