PROCOMER invites companies to seminars and workshops

The Costa Rican Trade Promotion Agency (PROCOMER) called on entrepreneurs who market their products or services nationwide to participate in the seminar “The Export Decision” to get to know the world of exports and encourage them to take the first step.

According to Marta Esquivel, Director of Commercial Intelligence of the Promoter,

this seminar is the gateway for small companies to begin the training process and learn basic aspects of internationalization.”

The seminar consists of three themes:

– Considerations of the internationalization process, challenges, factors to consider and PROCOMER support services.
– Field of action for PROCOMER and COMEX, as well as determining the export potential of the company and its product, market choice and start of the export process.
– Country Brand: Essential Costa Rica concept, benefits and licensing process.

The training is free and offered at PROCOMER offices on the third floor of Plaza Tempo, Escazú from March 24th.

Entrepreneurs who have already started their training process were invited to Creando Exporters workshops, to explore topics such as market research, product adaptation in internationalization, international buying and selling, international marketing, foreign trade logistics, supply chain optimization, intellectual property and innovation, and international negotiation techniques. This workshop costs $200 and it will be held at the Tryp Sabana Hotel, located in Paseo Colón.
