Rescue shelter received over 2,000 mistreated wild animals

This 2013, 2,199 attended the Zoo Ave wild animals with some kind of abuse.


Rescate Animal Zoo Ave, which has a Facebook page with more than 28,000 subscribers rescued a total of 2,199 wild animals, stolen from their habitats in Costa Rica. Animals most commonly received by the center include monkeys, parrots and tortoises.
