Seminar on business growth

How to make your business grow? That will be the topic of a seminar for business owners and entrepreneurs who are just starting and seek the key to success.

The seminar will focus on how to create a rather profitable business without the presence of the owner. “6 steps to make your business grow” is organized by the Costa Rican Chamber of Information Technology (CAMTIC).

Some of the topics to be discussed are:

– From chaos to control of your company: the domain of fate, money, time and delivery.

– Generate cash flow predictably: 5 ways to increase business profits.

– Leverage: necessary systems for efficiency.

– Teamwork: how to build a team that works better.

– Synergy for long term growth.

– Achieve results and set new goals.

The activity will be conducted by Andrés Zawadzki, from the company Action Coach, a specialist in financial management from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology (TEC).
