“Si no lo vives, no lo entiendes” concert will help students from La Pitahaya Special Education Center

With “Si no lo vives, no lo entiendes” concert, students from La Pitahaya Special Education Center will close the celebrations of the National Week of the Rights of people with Disabilities.

Érica Ulate, a professor at the educational institution, explained that it is the fifth consecutive year in which they perform the concert. However, in this opportunity, it will take place in El Mundo Loco de San Pedro on November 12th from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

La Pitahaya Special Education Center, in La Sabana, serves 220 students from 0 to 21 years years old. The population of the school, until a few years ago, was exclusive for multiple disabilities but now it is opened to all kinds of disabilities.

Urate explained that the Center has the support of República Fortuna, Big Fam, Askatasuna, Alexis de la Paz, Arend Vargas, Talawa, Zepto Segundo and Ras Manuel.

The concert ticket will cost ¢ 1,000.
