Solís: Without taxes, the country will be in peril

I say today, January 31st, 2017: the country could be in peril if no new taxes are approved.

These were the remarks by President Luis Guillermo Solís due to the little feasibility of the new tax package sent to the Legislative Assembly.

Four fractions stated that the document presented by the Ministry of Finance is not politically feasible.

Solís believes the next administration will find a very complicated situation in terms of the possibility of having fresh resources.

p style=”text-align: justify;”>The President hopes that after this week, the legislators make an exhaustive analysis of the document and what this project means for the country.
