The four police officers, who were dismissed after a traffic accident, must be reinstated

December 19, 2016 by Staff News Writer

According to a missive sent by the legal department of the Ministry of Public Security to the human resources department, the four police officers who were dismissed after a traffic accident must be reinstated to their jobs.

The four policemen were accused of Involuntary manslaughter due to a traffic accident. However, court documents determined that it was an involuntary accident and non-particular behavior caused it.

Minor Anchía, union representative of the Public Force, stated that a police officer can be dismissed just after a process in which his/her defense is guaranteed.
