The low pressure system in the Caribbean Sea continues affecting Costa Rica

October 20, 2016 by Staff News Writer

The low pressure system located on the Caribbean Sea, near the coast of Nicaragua, continues affecting the country with many clouds and showers.

The National Meteorological Institute (INM) estimated that in the early hours of Thursday, intermittent rains would occur in the Pacific area, in some parts of the Central Valley, mountainous parts of the north and the Caribbean. In the afternoon and evening were expected rains and cloduy skies in most parts of the country. Sectors of the Pacific, the Central Valley, the north and the mountains in the Caribbean were more likely to be affected by the rain.
