On Monday, several subjects robbed the branch of the Bank of Costa Rica (BCR) in Aserrí.
Apparently, the men took the firearm from the security guard, took the money from two boxes and took the belongings of some of the customers.
The Communication Department of the BCR reported that there were no people injured and that the case is under investigation by the authorities.
Officers of the Public Force carry out a police deployment in the area to find the suspects.
The amount of the stolen property is unknown.
