Tickets for bullfights in Zapote will cost ¢ 20 thousand

November 16, 2017 by Staff News Writer

The tickets to see the bullfights in Zapote during the celebrations of this end and beginning of the year, will cost ¢ 20 thousand colones each, according to the organizers.

From December 25th until January 7th, the doors of the square will be opened twice a day for traditional bullfights and what they entail: horseback riding events, improvised and professional bullfighters, along with the transmission of Repretel and Teletica.

This year, during the first editions, the tenth anniversary of the new Zapote circle will be celebrated.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public starting on November 27th at the Monge stores, which this year is the official sponsor of the event.

Faced with the calls of the “No animal abuse” that have been made in the last few years outside the square, Wagner Bolaños, from the production, indicated that the organizers, the ranches and the rest of the staff ensure the welfare of the animals that participate in the show.
