Train services suspended

May 16, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Yesterday, INCOFER reported through its social networks that the train service from Universidad Latina and San Joaquín de Flores will be suspended.

This measure will also affect the morning services of Alajuela-San José at 5:45 a.m., Atlantic-Universidad transshipment at 7 a.m., and San José-Heredia at 8 a.m.

According to Maria Fernanda Arias, spokeswoman for INCOFER,

this suspension is due to the fact that we have a train in the workshop that is being repaired and that is causing a lack of equipment.”

Users are advised to check the networks of this institution to confirm the resumption of service.
