Travel agency claims it’s working on holiday rescheduling

The travel agency Alalea reported in a statement that they are taking steps to reschedule the holiday or reimburse people who were affected by cancellations in Easter.

The document signed by Augusto Zeledón, indicates that the cancellations were due to problems beyond their control.

In addition, they pointed out that each case will be handled personally, in the name of the holder who made the reservation.

added the document.

More than 145 people were affected by the cancellation of the packages to places like Orlando and Cancun.

The Ministry of Economy had indicated to the press that this agency was not authorized to sell packages in advance. In addition, the entity received several complaints of non-compliance.
