Two people died and one child is missing due to a flood

A 76-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man died and one person is missing as consequence of a flood that took place on Thursday. The two bodies were found.

Rescuers are looking for a 6-year-old child who was swept away by the current.

Apparently, these three people decided to tour a river in Curubandé area at the entrance of Rincón de la Vieja National Park, when a flood swept everything away. The deceased would be foreigners and their identity is unknown.
