Uber’s platform failure

February 17, 2017 by Staff News Writer

On Thursday afternoon, Uber users began reporting the application’s platform was failing.

When consulting the company on the incident, they confirmed the situation and stated they were trying to identify the problem to solve it.

For now, the reasons that led to the failure are unknown. The only thing they know so far is that transport services cannot be requested in the application for Costa Rica.
