Vehicle crashes against the train and almost hits a house

A vehicle crashed against the train on the morning of November 30th and due to the impact, the car was ejected and almost hit a house, near the Indoor Club in Curridabat.

According to an official of the Red Cross, the driver of the vehicle is stable, conscious and does not show significant traumas.

María Fernanda Arias, a spokeswoman for the Costa Rican Railways Institute (INCOFER), said that the driver violated the train’s right to go first.

The car suffered considerable damage because it overturned. The driver is a woman. The train had no passengers because it was carrying out working tests,
