Beyond the road chaos, San José hides architectural gems, art and delicious food. With the goal of teaching Costa Ricans the capital’s other side, Chepe Cletas group made the first “Nocturbano” of the year.

75 people attended the meeting. As part of the tour, they visited the Calderón Guardia Museum, historical sites and monuments.

“Nocturbanos goal is to combine the national history with the gastronomy and the art. We started at the National Theater, we went to Variedades cinema, we arrived in Barrio Amón and we also visited several cafes”, declared Roberto Guzmán, from Chepe cletas.

If you missed it, do not worry: before the end of the month you can enjoy a similar event. The tours costs 5,000 colones and they are announced on Chepe Cletas Facebook page.
