15 Mexican dishes will seduce you for 10 days

There will be 15 Mexican dishes that will seduce you during the 10 days of Second Gastronomic Show in Barrio Escalante.

The activity, organized by the partners of Paseo Gastronómico La Luz with the support of the Cultural Institute of Mexico, will be held from July 20th to 30th.

Fifteen restaurants will be in charge of pleasing the most demanding palates, after receiving advice from the renowned Mexican chef Juan Miguel Prada, who will closely follow the preparation of the dishes.

The chef will prepare an exclusive dish for each place. Attendees will be able to vote for their favorite Mexican dish just by entering the Facebook site of Paseo Gastronómico la Luz and thus participating for a free dinner for 10 people.

This activity seeks to attract the whole family, so it will offer recreational and cultural activities such as live music, workshops and parades. On Friday 21st there will be a serenade with Mariachi along 33rd Street in the participating restaurants.

Among the dishes that will make your mouth water are encacahuatado, chile guajillo, sopa de natas, aguachile negro, mole poblano y torta de carnitas with salsa borracha, among others.

The restaurants that will participate in this celebration of Mexican food are:

4. Delirio House,
5. Frida’s Pub,
6. Prawns,
7. Il Volpino,
8. Impar,
9. Keidas,
10. La Parrilada,
11. Luna Roja,
12. Mil948,
13. Olio,
14. Saúl Bistro
15. Sofía Mediterráneo.
