New surveillance cameras will give greater security to San Jose
Municipal police in San Jose will receive 11 new security cameras to expand the range of their downtown surveillance network. Two of the cameras are fixed, but nine are a newer type of dome camera that rotates 360 degrees. In total police have 80 cameras to monitor public areas in San Jose. Source crhoy.com

On Tuesday, police evicted a total of 55 families that had invaded land in Bellavista de Puntarenas in order to build a shanty town.
