Imagine going home after a long day of work: you want to rest, your pijamas are seducing you and it seems that you will finally see the last episode of your favorite series.

But what about dinner?

Diana Vargas and Diana Subirós often said: I don’t want to cook! Until they decided that midweek life goes beyond working and cooking. One of them is a designer and the other is a nutritionist and they looked for a way to live more and cook less. Thus, Kuker was born: a homemade food service whose goal is to make customers forget about the kitchen and enjoy their free time.

Our target are young professionals who live alone and have no desire or cannot cook. They appreciate us because they now have time to do other things. But it is also surprising the number of moms who are simply tired of cooking and order our food for the whole family,

declared Diana Vargas.

Kuker has 3 months, but it already serves 150 clients in Heredia, Escazú, Santa Ana, Curridabat and Belén.

This small company managed to create dishes for all tastes: from the traditional “gallo pinto” to delicious meatballs or cassava cake with meat. They also prepare elaborate dishes, such as chicken stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach and salmon in blackberry sauce or pesto. There are also vegetarian options like eggplant lasagna.

The company offers 1, 2 or 4 portions and all foods are delivered separately and packaged in order to guarantee their freshness.

They have a minimum price of 15,000 colones, which is enough for lunch and dinner during a week.

The menu can be downloaded from Kuker website and the orders can be done every Monday via Whatsapp (8899-0931) or via Facebook.
