Police officers arrested a burglar and “cleaned” a vacant lot used by drug addicts

Public Force officers from Alajuela arrested a suspect surnamed Lizano, who had in several stolen valuables from a house that he broke into through a window.

The man remains under arrest and he is also being investigated regarding other previous misdeeds.

On the other hand, Adrián Salazar, head of the Public Force in the central canton of Alajuela, confirmed that police officers cleared a vacant lot in the Bavarian neighborhood frequented and inhabited by drugs addicts.

In the operation, the Public Force dismantled improvised huts made with sticks and plastics. Several doses of drugs were also seized.
