Otto ravaged Panama

Panama was one of the countries affected by Hurricane Otto (now tropical storm). Due to the heavy downpours, there were landslides, floods, falling tress and road damages.

Authorities have already confirmed the death of 3 people. In addition, there are 4 people missing because of floods and landslides.
