The president of the Committee of San José Festival will be reported

January 5, 2017 by Staff News Writer

After a strong discussion on December 25th, 2016, Jorge Villalobos, president of the Committee of San José Festival, will be reported: he apparently prevented the placement of 20 handcraft stands, which had been purchased at 16 million colones.

Alejandro Morales will file the complaint.

Alejandro paid the entire admission in order to have 20 stands for artisans,

informed Boris Molina, Morales’ lawyer.

According to Molina, on December 25th, Villalobos told Morales that the spaces belonged to some managers, but the purchase was carried out. Molina tried to negotiate with the Committee of Popular Celebrations in order to ask for a refund. However, he reported that the application was rejected, that’s way they will start a lawsuit.
