Geriatric Hospital will not receive calls next Thursday

January 10, 2017 by Staff News Writer

On January 12th, the National Hospital of Geriatrics and Gerontology will perform upgrading works in their telephone networks, so the service will be suspended.

Ana Patricia Salgado, manager of the medical center, said the service interruption will be held from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Therefore, the entire population is being informed that no calls will be made or received from the health facility.

Only internal hospital communication will work on that day.

Salgado explained that the work will be in charge of the technical staff of the Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE) and the aim is to modernize the telephone to improve the telephone service networks.
