Fuel will increase again… and twice!

The quarterly, fuel-tax adjustment will join the increase requested by RECOPE, which will be in force in the coming days.

Regular liter will now cost ¢ 590.75; Super fuel will increase from ¢ 592 to ¢ 619.75 and Diesel will cost 489.25

The increase in the single tax on fuel corresponds to the adjustment of inflation. It will be ¢ 0.75 colones in fuel and 0,25 for Diesel. With the adjustment, drivers will pay ¢ 236.25 colones of taxes per each liter of regular fuel, ¢ 247 per each liter of Super fuel and ¢ 139.25 per Diesel.
